Concrete progress
Ok so things are going a little slower than planned. It took a few tries to get the CAD file down, and then I submitted the wrong measurements for the last 2 pieces of blue foam, so they did not line up properly when I assembled the mold. Because of this, I spent a day sure-forming the mold so everything could line up. Today I took the mold over to the concrete shop in Jersey, and poured the concrete. I used a very dry mix to make it easier to fill in the areas with my hands. now the concrete just has to cure, then I can go do any gap filling and grinding I need to do before I seal it.
